BayCare is currently in search of our newest **Medical Office Coordinator** who is passionate about providing outstanding customer service to our community. **Responsibilities:**
+ Assists the Site Manager in supporting team members within assigned practice.
+ This coordination includes but is not limited to all duties related to revenue cycle operations, including check-in/check-out, collecting payments, scheduling appointments, handling patient inquiries, scheduling procedures/surgeries, entering orders, monitoring patient flow and utilizing various computer programs to manage schedules, handle patient issues, record patient information, and various other administrative support duties.
+ Provide training, assist with evaluation of front and back-office team members, and maintain a professional office atmosphere.
+ Perform other duties as assigned.
+ Acts as leader in charge in manager's absence.
**Requirements:**
+ Required **Education:** HS Graduate or Equivalent GED
+ **Required Experience:** 2 years' experience in a healthcare
+ Preferred Experience in a Supervisory, Coordinator, Team Leader, or Management Role.
