In this pivotal role, you'll craft strategic communication programmes that resonate with healthcare professionals, driving awareness and fostering recognition of our purpose-led brands. As a global ambassador, you'll harmonise the implementation of campaigns, bringing insights and creative dynamism to our medical marketing initiatives. Merge your expertise with our progressive ethos to shape healthcare marketing campaigns that make an impact and champion better, healthier lives for all. **Your responsibilities** • Develop and execute the operations strategy for continuing medical education events related to Reckitt Core products • Control the budget allocated for the execution of the events • Manage production and logistics suppliers through the required internal processes • Develop the speakers strategy for the sessions of both business units, aligned with the brand strategy and segmentation of potential physicians • Understand and ensure compliance with internal regulations at each event for suppliers, speakers, and healthcare professionals involved • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure the integration of strategies • Develop and monitor KPIs for evaluating the performance of the events • Expand the reach of continuing medical education through digital tools • Manage relationships and negotiations with key medical associations for the categories • Collaboration with the medical affairs team for the creation of event agendas, content, and speaker participation. **The experience we're looking for** - Solid experience in healthcare marketing, particularly within nutrition, consumer health, or pharmaceutical sectors. - Deep understanding of the global healthcare environment and its interactions with various healthcare professionals and authorities. - Strategic and analytical mindset, capable of converting scientific data and insights into actionable marketing strategies. - Exceptional communication skills and a proven track record of relationship management and stakeholder engagement. - Pragmatic and creative, with a flair for collaborating across multifunctional teams to achieve common goals. - Financial accumen and experience managing budgets and resources to maximise impact. - A passion for nurturing innovation and a continuous improvement approach in complex project work. **The skills for success** Data analysis, clinical data interpretation, Global Medical Affairs, Consumer behaviour, Stakeholder relationship management; Customer relationship management, Key account management; Strategic partnership, Customer value maximisation, Financial accumen, Strategic Selling; Influencing, Storytelling, Negotiation skills, Digital activation to HCPs, Digital strategy; Channel strategy, Medical Sales; Clinical sales knowledge, Medical Marketing, Capability building, Global Medical Affairs, Clinical Management. **What we offer** With inclusion at the heart of everything we do, working alongside our four global Employee Resource Groups, we support our people at every step of their career journey, helping them to succeed in their own individual way.
