**We are searching for the best talent for the Medical Manager Immunology to be in Panama City.**
**You will be responsible for** **:**
+ Managing a team of individual contributors and/or Supervisors, and is accountable for conducting effective performance management.
+ Assisting with external stakeholder management, scientific communications, evidence generation, publications, and medical education activities
+ Defining standards for the review and approval of promotional and non-promotional materials to ensure compliance with applicable requirements.
+ Developing tactical and operational plans to aid in the creation of promotional and non-promotional materials, including publications, scientific or technical literature, and training, education, and disease-state awareness materials.
+ Responsible for managing operational aspects of their team (e.g., workflow, performance, and compliance), as well as ensuring achievement of team goals within established timelines and budgets.
+ Integrates Johnson & Johnson’s Credo and Leadership Imperatives into team goals and decision making.
**Qualifications:**
+ 5 - 7 years experience in Pharm Industry in Medical Affairs roles as Medical Manager
+ Preferred Minimum Education: Medical Degree, Postgraduate studies or Master’s degree.
+ Percentage Travel: 25%
+ English level: fluent
