The Medical Manager (TA) is responsible for ensuring consistency, quality, and compliance in execution of medical-to-medical initiatives and stakeholder-centric engagement, in relation to field-based medical activities.
The Medical Manager (TA) supports the training and development of internal medical team, BU team including the development of external stakeholder strategy, execution of external medical to medical engagement according to business unit medical strategy, and alignment with Category Medical Leads on implementation and delivery of medical projects in Malaysia, Indonesia, Singapore & Philippines (MISP), and possibility with other EM Asia countries periodically.
The Medical Manager is also responsible for quantifying field medical impact, BU performance management to maximise the impact of medical activities.
The Medical Manager will also support the Category Medical Lead in the leadership of the medical team and may have line management responsibility.
External Medical and Scientific engagement strategy and implementation for Vaccines & Antiviral TA
Develop external stakeholder engagement strategy in alignment with Category Medical strategy.Establish and strengthen medical and scientific relationship with external stakeholders.Be effective in data communication and medical insight capturing.Collaborate with Category medical lead to conduct advisory board; organize and deliver relevant educational/training workshop/meeting; participate in medical/scientific conference.External Collaboration Projects
In collaboration with BU Medical Affairs, ensure timely and efficient communication to complete required internal/external process including system administration, maintain good documentation, tracking, payment, material, and drug shipment in a timely manner.Pfizer-Sponsored Research:
Ensure compliance of operational requirementsSupport regional or local sponsored trial (including post-marketing trials), which is not under the clinical research team, if applicableTraining and Development

Management
Support Category Medical Lead in the leadership of the Medical team.Provide input and support in the development of overall Medical Strategies and ObjectivesAssist the Medical Affairs colleagues in special projects, locally, regionally and internationally.
Requirements :
Min. bachelor’s degree in medicine (MD) (preferred) or Pharmacy.
Min. 1-2 years of experience in Medical Affairs within the pharmaceutical industry.
Strong understanding of the pharma landscape and regulatory environment.
Prior experience in a hybrid work setting is an advantage.
Additional relevant experience in the pharmaceutical sector will be considered a plus.
