What You Will Achieve
In this role, you will:
Develop and disseminate comprehensive medical and technical information about the company's drug products to stakeholders, including internal teams, customers, and government entities.
Review, create, and validate educational, promotional, and formal report materials for various departments within the company.
Set and manage objectives for multiple high-complexity projects, leveraging managerial and technical expertise to guide teams effectively.
Oversee operational activities to align with division goals, ensuring a clear direction for success and cultivating a culture of innovation to improve patient and healthcare outcomes.
Lead and manage people, technology, and financial resources, including resources outside of direct authority, and contribute to knowledge management processes.
Interpret division strategy to establish business priorities, assess talent needs, and identify and develop a diverse talent pipeline within the organization.
Provide guidance and support to medical managers, ensuring compliance, and offer technical and scientific support for internal and external stakeholders, including the salesforce and medical professionals.
Conduct data analysis of key operational metrics and customer insights to inform strategic resource management, operational efficiency, and compliance.
Here Is What You Need (Minimum Requirements)
BA/BS with 6+ years of experience or MBA/MS with 5+ years of experience or PhD/JD with 1+ year of experience or MD/DVM with any years of relevant experience
Demonstrated experience in Vaccines portfolio management or vaccine-related projects within the Medical area.
Comprehensive understanding of the health environment & relevant applicable local Codes of Practice, SOPs, regulations, and guidelines
Knowledge of pharmacovigilance & regulatory legislation and how it impacts product portfolio
Proficiency with computer and software applications, including Microsoft Office Suite
Strong interpersonal skills, with a demonstrated ability to manage people and foster teamwork
Expert skills at critically evaluating literature and writing/summarizing clinical and scientific data
People Management experience
Bonus Points If You Have (Preferred Requirements)
A Master’s degree (MS/MBA) with 7+ years of experience or a Doctorate degree (PhD/JD) with 4+ years of relevant experience
Medical knowledge in the specific medical area related to the entrusted products
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Experience in developing and implementing innovative ideas
