We are currently hiring a Medical Laboratory Generalist for a Core Lab setting at a leading healthcare facility. This is a full-time day shift opportunity ideal for individuals with a strong generalist experience in clinical diagnostics.

Position Summary

The selected candidate will perform a wide range of laboratory tests in Chemistry, Hematology, Coagulation, and Urinalysis. This role is essential to supporting accurate and timely diagnostic results in a high-volume Core Lab environment.

Medical Laboratory Scientist (MLS)Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT)Clinical Laboratory Scientist (CLS)Medical Technologist (MT)ResponsibilitiesPerform routine and complex testing procedures across multiple disciplinesOperate, troubleshoot, and maintain laboratory instruments and analyzersConduct and document quality control proceduresReport results accurately using the laboratory information systemCommunicate effectively with clinical staff regarding critical valuesFollow all safety and regulatory guidelines (CLIA, CAP, OSHA)QualificationsAssociate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Medical Laboratory Science or related fieldCertification (ASCP, AMT, or equivalent) preferred but not required1+ years of experience in a Core Lab or generalist role Familiarity with automated analyzers and LIS systemsStrong attention to detail and ability to work independently on day shiftPay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $38.00/hr.
