This is a full-time day shift opportunity ideal for individuals with a strong generalist experience in clinical diagnostics. Position Summary The selected candidate will perform a wide range of laboratory tests in Chemistry, Hematology, Coagulation, and Urinalysis. This role is essential to supporting accurate and timely diagnostic results in a high-volume Core Lab environment. Accepted Titles Candidates may qualify under any of the following credentials: + Medical Laboratory Scientist (MLS) + Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT) + Clinical Laboratory Scientist (CLS) + Medical Technologist (MT) Responsibilities + Perform routine and complex testing procedures across multiple disciplines + Operate, troubleshoot, and maintain laboratory instruments and analyzers + Conduct and document quality control procedures + Report results accurately using the laboratory information system + Communicate effectively with clinical staff regarding critical values + Follow all safety and regulatory guidelines (CLIA, CAP, OSHA) Qualifications + Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Medical Laboratory Science or related field + Certification (ASCP, AMT, or equivalent) preferred but not required + 1+ years of experience in a Core Lab or generalist role + Familiarity with automated analyzers and LIS systems + Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently on day shift Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $38.00/hr.
