We’re also a company where you can flourish and grow your career, with countless opportunities to explore, make connections with people, and stretch the limits of what you thought was possible. _Ready to get started?_ **You will be involved in the following activities** + Work in close collaboration with the Medical Information Operation team and the Medical Information Vendor to ensure smooth daily operations with high quality services and excellent customer satisfaction in line with or above industry standards + Attends operational meetings with Medical Information Vendor regional team. + Closely monitors Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). Contribute to identifying issues in a timely manner and help addressing them together with the vendor as appropriate + Work in close collaboration with selected affiliates contacts + Contribute to preparedness and response to Health Authority inspections and internal audit for selected countries + Contribute in facilitating optimal training of contact center in collaboration with various internal functions such as Pharmacovigilance, Quality and other as appropriate + Contribute in developing crisis and contingency plan in close collaboration with Global team and Medical Information Vendor + Ensure Sanofi standards of service are met by all contact centers under the MICC team supervision **About you** + Master’s degree in Scientific field (Pharmacy, Biology, Chemistry etc. + Fluent in English (B2+/C1 level or higher) – essential for working in a global team + Interest for project management + Good knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint + Accuracy and organizational skills, passion for working in a multicultural environment, teamwork **Why choose us?** + Bring the miracles of science to life alongside a supportive, future-focused team. + Start your career with inspiring mentors who will help you take your first professional steps. + You will have the possibility to carry out the internship in a hybrid mode. + We offer an internship lasting 6 months.
