Job DescriptionPrimeVigilance is looking for a Medical Information Assistant to be responsible for supporting the Medical Information team in handling various administrative duties.
Responsibilities
• Administration support for meetings, invoice activities, generating reports
• Maintenance of Medical Information systems and department documentation
• Engagement in pharmacovigilance and quality complaint follow-up activities
• Administrative support with Medical Information Enquiries, Adverse Event and Product Quality
Complaint Activities
• Administrative support in new client onboarding activities
• To assist in departmental regulatory inspection preparedness for the company
QualificationsAdvanced English skills, both verbal and written, at least B2
Desirable administrative experience and good IT skills (MS Office)
A high degree of discretion dealing with confidential information
Ability to manage multiple and varied tasks and prioritize workload with attention to detail
Ability to work under pressure with accuracy and meet tight deadlines
Good interpersonal and communication skills
