The Medical Enabler brings scientific expertise, evidence generation, disease area knowledge and enables the customer engagement team through the product life cycle by co-creating solutions to bring faster innovation to patients, while transforming clinical practice.

\n\n\n\t

Co-creating and implementing strategic roadmaps to achieve outcomes in close collaboration with other internal partners.

\n\t\n\t\n\t

Being partners and enablers to shape the clinical ecosystem for a specific therapeutic area to allow innovation can serve patients' lives.

\n\t\n\t\n\t

Driving activities to enable our pipeline of molecules and solutions can benefit patients.

What you will be working on:

\n\n

As a Medical Enabler, you will be a member of the Pharma International network, working both in in-country cross functional and cross border collaborations, to realize and scale country outcomes by contributing to virtual, cross border, cross functional work package teams. Your key responsibilities include but are not limited to:

\n\n\n\t

Leverage enterprise thinking and collaborate with all internal stakeholders to deliver scientific value to external partners, enable fit-for-purpose integrated customer-centric solutions with adherence to the highest ethical, compliance and quality standards.

\n\t\n\t\n\t

Develops and executes medical initiatives to support the integrated strategy for assigned products based on ecosystem insight. Develops and cultivates strategic relationships with therapeutic area experts and other external influencers and stakeholders (E.g. Works with therapeutic area experts, other clinicians and healthcare professionals, Evidence Generation sites, research/academic institutions, external agencies and others).

\n\t\n\t\n\t

Accountable for generating insights from external stakeholders for assigned pipeline and/or pre-launch products, shape the ecosystem for new therapeutic areas and effective communication of outcomes back into the teams for developing effective strategies, support determines the vision of the product and the place of the drug in the therapeutic field.

\n\t\n\t\n\t

Aligns affiliate medical affairs objective with regional and global direction to deliver on data generation, knowledge exchange/data communications and thought leader engagement 

\n\t\n\t\n\t

Accountable for the appropriate oversight of the affiliate approval process of non-promotional and promotional materials,review and/or approval of medical Grant-Donation-Sponsorships (GSD), ensuring compliance with applicable local and global requirements as per affiliate need. May support, license to operate activities as needed.

\n\t\n\t\n\t

Key strategic scientific partner to engage with external stakeholders to enable successful Evidence Generation (EG) execution (local and global)

\n\t\n\t\n\t

Providing medical training to relevant teams both in-house or third parties as necessary. 

\n\t\n\t\n\t

Is local owner and responsible for implementation of pre-approval access programs like Compassionate Use Program (CUP), Pre-approval Access Program (PAA).

\n\t\n\n\n

\n\n

You have

\n\n\n\t

Qualification: Medical Doctor degree (MBBS) or equivalent

\n\t\n\t\n\t

Experience: Demonstrated experience and expertise gained ideally within the medical affairs or clinical functions

\n\t\n\t\n\t

Outstanding Communication: Effectively communicate scientific information with impact and influence, empathetically tailored to external stakeholders

\n\t\n\t\n\t

Subject Matter Expertise: Skilled in evidence generation (clinical trials, Investigator Initiated study (IIS), Real World Evidence (RWE) programs), scientific and publication management

\n\t\n\t\n\t

Customer-Centricity: Co-create solutions addressing customer needs to transform clinical practice.

\n\t\n\t\n\t

Entrepreneurial Mindset: Identify opportunities, experiment, take risks, and disrupt the status quo.

\n\t\n\t\n\t

Prioritization Skill: Focus and prioritize in uncertain environments, manage budget and multiple projects efficiently.

\n\t\n\t\n\t

Borderless Collaboration: Work closely with countries/communities/teams, share and learn collectively to upscale Ecosystem Solutions.

This role may require domestic/international travel and is only open to candidates that have full eligibility to live and work in Bangladesh.
