Based in Mexico City, this role will directly influence how future medical professionals learn and grow. How can you make an impact? As a Medical Education Consultant, you’ll be a key player in driving our medical education initiatives across LatAm and internationally. You’ll work closely with academic institutions, supporting them with tailored educational strategies and training. Reporting to Director of Clinical Education, you’ll collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams to deliver effective solutions that meet evolving curriculum needs. You’ll also play a central role in aligning our offerings with the goals of leading universities and hospitals—ensuring our educational tools truly make a difference. Expect to travel internationally and contribute to thought leadership efforts in a fast-growing, purpose-driven environment. This is an onsite position and is open to applicants authorized to work for any employer within Mexico. Monday to Friday onsite in Santa Fe, Mexico City office. What can you expect from the position: Support the development and implementation of medical education strategies tailored to LatAm and international markets. Serve as the primary educational liaison for both external stakeholders and internal teams across sales, marketing, and product. Localize educational content to meet cultural and language needs while producing insights for market-facing materials. Conduct digital and in-person trainings for medical institutions, identifying areas to enhance product adoption and customer satisfaction. Participate in and present at medical education events, webinars, and international conferences. Collaborate on research and development of strategic education solutions aligned with current trends in the medical education field. What can you bring to the role: Clinical/medical qualifications, or good knowledge in Medical Health Sciences, with experience in medical education. You come from a medical/clinical environment or have worked in a medical/clinical education setting previously. Deep knowledge of medical curricula and regional education standards in LatAm. Outstanding communication, presentation, and customer engagement skills. Fluency in Spanish and proficiency in English. Willingness and ability to travel internationally. You possess excellent communication and presentation skills. Strong digital skills, including MS Office and virtual presentation tools like Zoom and MS Teams. Why work for us?
