Montefiore Health System's network of primary care practices, known as Montefiore Medical Group (MMG), seeks Internal Medicine and Family Medicine trained primary care physicians throughout our 20 site locations in the Bronx and Westchester counties. We provide a collaborative team environment and the opportunity to make a difference in patient care in the Bronx.

In this role, the primary care physician will:

Manage and direct general physician medical careEmphasize early detection of ailments, prevention, and all-around wellnessServe as the first point of call for all patientsCollaborate with our Integrated Behavioral Health team to ensure holistic primary care for all patientsCollaborate with medical leadership and quality coaches to ensure best practicesFocus strongly on quality outcomes and full coordination of care
