Work Schedule:
This position is .20 FTE Physician Leadership responsibility plus .75 -.80 FTE clinical practice time in Anesthesia. Hours will be scheduled Monday – Friday between the hours of 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Hours may vary and additional hours may be required to meet the operational needs of the department.

We are seeking a Medical Director, Pre-anesthesia Assessment Clinic to:
Develop and lead a UW Health Pre-anesthesia Assessment Steering Committee.Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to develop a best-practice, patient-centered model for pre-anesthesia assessment and perioperative care.Oversee business planning and operational activities for the clinic in partnership with the clinic’s nurse manager.Along with relevant stakeholders, identify and review marketing trends, clinical best practices, and develop future plans for initiatives for UW Health Pre-anesthesia Assessment Clinic.At UW Health, you will have:

M.D. or D.O. RequiredWork Experience:
Two years as a Board Certified anesthesiologist RequiredFive years as a Board Certified anesthesiologist PreferredLicenses & Certifications:
