The Medical Cost Strategy team is seeking a strategic and driven Advisor to support the activation and management of a diverse portfolio of cost optimization initiatives. The ideal candidate is intellectually curious, detail-oriented, and skilled at connecting insights across the broad range of initiatives. This role requires the ability to synthesize complex information, foster meaningful dialogue with accountable teams, and collaborate effectively with enterprise partners to drive results.
As a Medical Cost Advisor, you may:
Bring thoughtful leadership and a spirit of curiosity to support holistic medical cost optimization and management.Serve as a connector across accountable teams by preparing and facilitating strategic discussions that highlight interdependencies, uncover partnership opportunities, and foster alignment across the enterprise.Support and enable advancement of the Medical Cost Management operating model by:Creating a single source of truth to connect reporting of our near-term opportunities with our strategic, long-term planEvolving the management process for early-stage opportunities, leveraging existing forums with accountable teams to maximize participation and engagementOptimize and orchestrate cross-functional forums that unite accountable teams and deliver timely, actionable insights. Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or 7+ years business experience with emphasis on process improvement, finance/cost reduction3+ years of project leadership experience or equivalentStrong business and financial acumenComprehensive knowledge of all Microsoft Office ApplicationsExceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to quickly build rapport at all levels within the organizationAbility to perform with independenceWilling to travel based on business need.Preferred Qualifications
