Description Now Hiring: Medical Collector / Financial Services Liaison 📍 Location: Lincolnwood, IL 🕒 Schedule: Full-Time - ONSITE Are you an organized, detail-oriented professional with experience in healthcare collections? We’re seeking a Medical Collector to join a dynamic Accounts Receivable team supporting multiple healthcare facilities. This role is a key link between our facilities, residents, and families—ensuring clear financial communication, timely collections, and reduced outstanding private pay balances. Key Responsibilities: + Own the full private pay collections process for assigned facilities and residents. + Clearly communicate financial obligations, due dates, and payment options to residents and families. + Ensure automatic payment setup during or shortly after the admission process. + Monitor aging reports daily, updating collection dashboards and escalating issues as needed. + Deliver late notices and statements promptly, and follow up on returned or undelivered communications.
