Job Description This is a part-time role and hours will vary between a minimum of 8 hours per month up to100 hours per month depending on the need of the team. Analyzes medical records and medical bills for relatedness and causality for clients. Reviews medical records to evaluate care and status of the claimant. Conducts medical journal research. Provides clients with medical evidence preparation and organization. Examines issues, omissions and discrepancies in medical records. Prepares case summaries. Qualifications Licenses or Certifications: You must be a registered nurse (RN) with a license in the state you reside Experience: Mitchell’s Medical Claims Consultants are Registered Nurses and will typically have at least 3 years clinical experience and one year as a reviewer Written Abilities: Proficient grammar, sentence structure, and written communication skills required Benefits We’re committed to supporting your ultimate well-being through our total compensation package offerings that support your health, wealth and self. The expected base pay for this position ranges from $65,000 - $80,000 annually, and will be based on a number of additional factors including skills, experience, and education.
