This long-term contract position offers an opportunity to contribute to the efficient management and reconciliation of medical claims within a collaborative and supportive environment. Ideal candidates will possess a strong background in medical billing and claims processing, with an ability to work independently and accurately. Responsibilities: • Review and reconcile outstanding medical claims to ensure timely resolution. • Process rebills and handle rejected claims with precision and attention to detail. • Post payments accurately across multiple systems, maintaining consistency in records. • Navigate payer portals efficiently to gather necessary information for claims processing. • Perform repetitive clerical tasks with focus and diligence to maintain workflow efficiency. • Maintain punctuality and dependability, ensuring tasks are completed within deadlines. • Adhere to behavioral health payment posting protocols and standards. Requirements • Proven experience in handling unemployment and medical claims. • Strong knowledge of medical billing processes and procedures. • Expertise in managing claim denials and resolving rejected claims. • Familiarity with payer portals and their functionality. • Ability to perform repetitive clerical tasks with accuracy. • Team-oriented mindset with excellent communication and collaboration skills. • Dependable and punctual, with a strong work ethic. • Detail-oriented approach to payment posting and claims reconciliation.
