Minimum Qualifications A current Louisiana license in a health services field, health regulation field, or social services field plus four years of experience in hospital or nursing home administration, health services, health regulation, or social services; OR A bachelor's degree plus four years of experience in hospital or nursing home administration, health services, health regulation, or social services; OR A master's degree in a health services field, health regulation field, or a social services field plus three years of experience in hospital or nursing home administration, health services, health regulation, or social services. Job Duties and Other Information Job Duties: + Provides daily supervision, technical assistance, and performance evaluations for assessors to ensure high-quality service delivery and compliance with timelines. + Conducts quality assurance reviews of assessments, plans of care, and documentation in OPTS, SharePoint, and EVV systems. + Develops and submits routine reports to the LTPCS Program Manager and collaborates with data and systems teams to track trends and improve processes. + Facilitates regular team and individual staff meetings, conducts annual shadow visits, and maintains required iHC certification. + Participates in hiring, training, and mentoring staff, and supports the LTC Access Contractor through training and communication. + Serves as backup for appeals and contractor management, including preparing evidence for hearings and attending meetings in the supervisor’s absence Position-Specific Details: Location: Office of Aging and Adult Services / Headquarters - Compliance and Audit Team (CAT) / Statewide Appointment Type: Probationary Appointment Cost Center: 3201022100 Position Number(s): 50481459 LDH supports Louisiana’s commitment to being a State as a Model Employer (SAME) by promoting the recruitment, hiring, and retention of individuals with disabilities.
