Job Description We're seeking an experienced Medical Billing Manager to lead our Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) team you'll oversee daily operations, ensure compliance, and drive process improvements. Responsibilities: Manage and optimize medical billing processes, ensuring compliance with regulations and payor requirements. Lead and manage a team of billing professionals, providing guidance and support. Hire, train, and onboard new team members to ensure a high-performing team. Analyze and improve billing workflows, identifying opportunities for process efficiency. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless revenue cycle management. Maintain high-level communication with clients, addressing concerns, and providing timely updates. Skills and Requirements Extensive Experience: Proven experience in medical billing, with a minimum of 5+ years in a managerial or supervisory role. RCM Expertise: Strong knowledge of medical billing codes, regulations, and best practices. Leadership Skills: Ability to lead, motivate, and develop a team, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Proactive and Self-Sufficient: Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
