In this role, you’ll be a vital part of the revenue cycle team, ensuring accurate billing, timely reimbursements, and compliance with healthcare regulations. This position is ideal for someone who understands the importance of precision in medical billing and enjoys working in a mission-driven environment where patient care and financial integrity go hand in hand. Key Responsibilities: + Prepare and submit claims to insurance companies and government payers + Follow up on unpaid claims and resolve billing discrepancies + Verify patient insurance coverage and eligibility + Maintain accurate billing records and documentation + Ensure compliance with HIPAA and billing regulations Requirements + Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or related field + 2+ years of experience in medical billing or revenue cycle management + Knowledge of CPT, ICD-10, and HCPCS coding + Familiarity with EHR and billing software (e.g., Epic, Kareo, or similar) + Strong attention to detail and communication skills Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
