Medical Biller – Full-Cycle Billing

Location: Thousand Oaks, CA

Pay: $23–$25 per hour

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM

About the Role:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Medical Biller to join our team! This position requires full-cycle medical billing expertise, including claims submission, payment posting, accounts receivable management, and denial resolution. Key Responsibilities:

Process and submit medical claims accurately and timely.Manage patient billing, insurance verification, authorizations, and payments.Handle accounts receivable and resolve claim denials.Maintain compliance with billing regulations and payer policies.Work with healthcare providers to ensure proper coding and documentation.

Qualifications:

2+ years of experience in medical billing and full-cycle revenue management.

Familiarity with billing software and electronic medical records (EMR).

Strong knowledge of insurance guidelines, CPT, ICD-10, and HCPCS coding.

Excellent communication and organizational skills.

The role is based in a clinic environment characterized by a very fast-paced atmosphere. The work schedule is Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM. The environment offers the opportunity to work with various specialty physicians and provides great internal benefits upon going direct.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $14.00 - $14.00/hr.
