Key Responsibilities + Clinical Documentation: Accurately obtain and record patient medical histories, vital signs, test results, and other relevant data while maintaining strict confidentiality. + ️ Administrative Coordination: Manage daily front-office operations including scheduling appointments, patient check-in/check-out, and maintaining medical records. + Clinical Support: Prepare treatment rooms for examinations and assist healthcare providers with procedures and patient care. Required Skills + Medical terminology and procedures + EMR/EHR systems (Electronic Medical Records/Health Records) + Scribing and documentation + Patient care and communication Preferred Qualifications + Bilingual proficiency (Spanish) + Experience with authorizations and referrals + Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $21.50 - $24.00/hr.
