Perform general lab and phlebotomy duties, including venipuncture, metabolic screenings, and obtaining urine samples while following universal infection control precautions.Coordinate communication of lab results to ordering providers and applicable nursing staff via entry into the EHR.Assist the nursing team with client intake and routine appointments, verifying client data and medical history, confirming the purpose of visit, and obtaining necessary physical preliminary requirements such as blood draw, urine drug screen, height, weight, blood pressure, pulse, and temperature.Support the nursing staff with telephone call and voicemail triage, and prior authorizations as delegated while maintaining strict confidentiality.Perform light housekeeping as needed in check-in, lab, medication, and telehealth rooms, ensuring spaces are organized and cleared of any private health information, trash, or clutter.Education, Experience, and/or Credential Qualifications:
High school diploma.Experience and/or certification as a medical assistant and/or phlebotomist.
