Certified Medical Assistant - PRN
Job Description Job Description: Were seeking a flexible and experienced Medical Assistant who thrives in a fast-paced, clinical setting. This PRN role begins with a 23-week, full-time training period to prepare for both clinic operations and upcoming flu vaccination events. Once trained, the Medical Assistant will support flu immunizations across the DFW airportincluding various terminals and hangars. These events typically occur two to three times per week and involve approximately six-hour shifts. Each shift includes one hour of preparation, transportation to the event site, setup, vaccine administration, breakdown, and return to the clinic for documentation and charting. Flexibility is essentialThe ideal candidate would be someone seeking PRN work, comfortable working independently, and eager to support a high-impact public health initiative. Training is scheduled to begin in mid to late August to ensure readiness for the September/October flu season launch. Schedule: PRN However for the first 23 weeks will be full-time (40 hours/week) for training. After training, shifts will be two days per week, either 6:00 AM2:30 PM or 2:30 PM11:00 PM.
