Spectrum Healthcare Resources has an opportunity for a full time Medical Assistant to support to join with our partnership Kako'o!

 

Anticipated schedule: Monday-Thurs 7-3:30pm/Fridays- 11:30am-8pm, May include Saturdays 

 

 

Position Overview: 

 This position provides medical assistant services in support of patient care and treatment.

 

Responsibilities:

Taking a patient's history and personal information upon arrival of appointmentResponsible for tracking of some reports Checking patient vitals and provide assistance to physician in office Screens walk-in patients for eligibility for treatment.   Handle light administrative duties; schedule appointments of patients.Handle/triage patient to staff questions.Maintains and stock forms and inventory needed at front desk.Performs various other clerical tasks to assist clinical staff members

Requirements:

Required: Graduated from an Accredited Medical Assistant program Active BLS certification required from American Heart Association *Must be a U.S. citizen Updated immunizations with proofMust have either an active passport with current legal name or DMV's Driver's License with real ID
