Responsibilities + Collect patient demographics based on symptoms. + Assist with electronic health records management. + Perform medical assistant duties, including taking vitals. + Provide exceptional customer service at the front desk. + Utilize medical terminology accurately. + Support healthcare providers with patient care. Essential Skills + 1+ year experience in a fast-paced clinic. + MA diploma or certification. + Proficiency in electronic medical records (EMR) systems. + Strong understanding of medical terminology. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Experience in customer service within a healthcare setting. + Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS). + Ability to work efficiently in a team-oriented environment. Work Environment The work environment involves working onsite at a primary care clinic, with a typical schedule of Monday to Friday, from 8am to 5pm. The role requires managing a caseload of 20 to 30 patients per day. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
