Join a dynamic team supporting the Peninsula Region flu and COVID vaccine clinics during the 2025–2026 season. As a Medical Assistant, you will collaborate with nurses, facilitate patient flow, maintain supply levels, document using EPIC, and ensure smooth operations at clinics serving 500–600+ patients daily. Flexibility to work across four locations is essential.
ResponsibilitiesAssist nurses in the delivery of flu and COVID vaccinations.Support patient flow to ensure efficient clinic operations.Maintain inventory and supply levels for vaccine clinics.Document patient interactions and vaccine administration in EPIC.Provide excellent patient care and manage difficult interactions with parents.Adapt to working in high-volume environments and float between multiple clinic locations.

Work Environment
Work in outpatient community flu and COVID vaccine clinics across multiple locations including Palo Alto, Burlingame, and Daly City. The flagship site features 10 vaccine stations, while other locations offer between 2 to 6 stations. Free and easy parking is available at all sites. Clinics may operate late on Thursdays, and MAs may be required to cover different sites on short notice.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $28.00/hr.
