Medical Assistant – Trinity Health PACE
Location- Kinder Park
Hours - Full Time - Monday-Friday
Position Purpose
Join Trinity Health PACE in delivering compassionate, high-quality care to our elderly participants. As a Medical Assistant, you’ll support daily living activities, provide restorative and supportive care, and help ensure a safe, welcoming environment.
What You Will Do
Assist with participant care including ADLs, vital signs, immunizations, and medication administrationSupport providers during exams and treatmentsPerform front office duties including triage and phone supportMaintain accurate documentation and supply levelsUphold infection control and quality standardsFoster a collaborative, mission-driven cultureMinimum Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalentCompletion of an accredited Medical Assistant program and certificationAt least 1 year of experience with frail or elderly populations (or willingness to train)Strong communication, organizational, and computer skillsAbility to work independently and adapt to changePosition Highlights and Benefits
