Medical Assistant – Dermatology Clinics (Appleton & Kaukauna, WI) Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM – 5:30 PM About the Role: We’re seeking a dedicatedMedical Assistantto join our dermatology team and help deliver exceptional patient care. In this role, you’ll work closely with dermatologists to ensure a smooth, friendly, and efficient experience for patients and staff alike. Key Responsibilities: + Room patients and record vital signs + Scribe for the dermatologist during patient visits + Draw blood and collect lab specimens + Clean and stock exam rooms + Schedule appointments and assist with triage + Provide follow-up support to patients Required Skills & Experience: + 1+ years of experience as a Medical Assistant + Proficiency with Electronic Medical Records (EMR), especially Epic + Experience rooming patients and assisting with procedures in a dermatology setting Preferred Qualifications: + Experience in dermatology or specialty practices + Flexibility to work across multiple clinic sites + Ability to support multiple providers + LPN or RN candidates are welcome to apply Ready to make a difference in dermatology care?
