Job Description
As a Medical Assistant specializing in wellness, you will play a crucial role in supporting a wellness clinic by scheduling appointments, verifying insurance, and adding patient demographics to the EMR system. You will coordinate with IPA provider offices and conduct health risk assessment screenings, including taking vitals and administering screening questionnaires. Additionally, you will engage in patient outreach to enhance opportunities for the wellness program.

The role is based in a new Covina location, operating Monday to Friday from 8:15 am to 5:00 pm with a 45-minute lunch break. Initially, training will occur in West Covina until the new office opens. The dress code is blue scrubs. Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $22.00/hr.
