Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Medical Assistant to join our team. The role involves both in-office and remote tasks that support the daily operations of a fast-paced healthcare environment. You will work closely with neurosurgeons and practice operations to ensure a seamless patient experience.
ResponsibilitiesRoom patients and update medical records.Handle voicemails from the call center and scribe for surgeons.Prepare exam rooms between patient visits.Take patient vitals and assist with minor procedures such as suture or staple removal.Support a patient flow of 15–20 patients per doctor daily.Manage staff messages, process prescription refills, and perform chart scrubbing remotely.Essential SkillsProficiency in medical assisting and patient care.Experience with Epic and electronic health records.Understanding of medical terminology.Additional Skills & QualificationsPrior MA or CMA experience in any specialty is preferred.Phlebotomy skills.Experience in healthcare and appointment scheduling.Work Environment

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $26.00/hr.
