***Part-Time Medical Assistant – Sports Medicine (Bridgewater, NJ)***
About the Role
Join a fast-paced, high-volume sports medicine practice in Bridgewater, NJ, where you’ll support a dynamic team of physicians and physician assistants. We’re looking for a Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) who thrives in a busy environment, adapts to different personalities, and is passionate about delivering excellent patient care.
Key Responsibilities
Provide compassionate care to patients with sports-related injuries and chronic conditionsPerform patient intakes, rooming, and vital checksReconcile medications and update patient historiesPrepare charts and exam rooms prior to visitsComplete prior authorizations and manage inventoryTriage phone calls and respond to patient/physician inquiriesMaintain accurate records in Athena EMRMust-Haves:
1+ year of experience as a Medical AssistantCMA certification and diploma from an accredited MA programComfortable in a fast-paced sports medicine settingStrong EMR experience (Athena preferred)Nice-to-Haves:
Experience with pediatric patientsAdaptability to work with both fast- and slow-paced providersWork Environment
Support 5 sports medicine physicians and multiple PAsWork alongside a team of 5+ MAs (growing to 7)High patient volume: 80–100 patients/day across the officePatients range from pediatric athletes to older adults managing arthritis or recovering from surgerySchedule
Monday:7:30 AM – 6:00 PMThursday:7:30 AM – 5:00 PMFriday:7:30 AM – 5:00 PM(30-minute unpaid lunch)Why Join Us?

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $24.00/hr.
