Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Medical Assistant to join our team. This role is pivotal in providing exceptional preoperative, intraoperative, and postoperative support in a clinical setting, particularly within plastic surgery.
ResponsibilitiesPreoperative Preparation: Sterilize instruments and prepare surgical trays. Ensure treatment rooms are clean, stocked, and organized. Take vital signs and medical histories.Intraoperative Support: Assist the surgeon during procedures such as facelifts, rhinoplasties, and eyelid surgeries. Maintain a sterile field and hand instruments. Monitor patient comfort and safety during minor procedures.Postoperative Care: Monitor patients in recovery. The work schedule consists of 3-4 shifts per week, with a start time between 8-10am and end time between 4-6pm, totaling roughly 25 hours minimum per week. The compensation package is competitive and includes a 90-day probationary period to assess performance. Our environment values work-life balance and offers incentives based on team achievements.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $26.00 - $27.00/hr.
