Medical Assistant – Make a Daily Difference in Fast-Paced Healthcare

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM (flex to 6 PM as needed)

What You'll Do:

Accurately document vital signs and medical history to support quality patient carePrepare exam rooms and patients for procedures, ensuring comfort and cleanlinessSupport physicians during exams and clinical proceduresManage EMR documentation, process orders, and update patient data efficientlyHandle messages, referrals, test result tracking, and communicate care instructionsPerform triage, schedule ancillary tests, and educate patients under guidanceMaintain inventory of medical, pharmaceutical, and office suppliesDeliver outstanding front-line service to 50–100 patients per day in a busy urgent care setting

What You Bring:

Minimum 1 year of Medical Assistant experienceExperience with electronic health record systems (EMR/Practice Management software)Comfort working in a fast-paced, collaborative environmentExcellent communication and organizational skillsPhlebotomy experience is a plus

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $21.00/hr.
