Work Schedule: 100% FTE, Day Shift role. Mon - Fri during orientation. Flexible after orientation:  4/10-hour days; 4/9-hour days and 1/4-hour day; 5/8-hours days. You will work at 1340 Charles St. Clinic in Rockford.

QualificationsGraduated from an accredited Associate degree program or Medical Assistant program or have at least 2 years of relevant experience. RequiredLaboratory and phlebotomy training required within 30 days of hire. RequiredDrug and alcohol screening, and N95 training required within 30 days of hire. RequiredWork ExperienceAt least one year of professional experience in a clinic setting. PreferredComputer experience. RequiredLicenses & CertificationsRMA, AAMA, CCMA or NCCT certification is required upon hire. RequiredBi-Annual CPR certification. RequiredActive RMA, AAMA, CCMA or NCCT certification must be maintained. RequiredAudiometry certification through Northern Illinois University or Health Conservation, Inc. (HCI), required within 30 days of hire.
