We Move People, and People Move Us! Overview This position is available in Costa Rica. We are looking for an intermediate Excel knowledge, an attention-to-detail-oriented person. Analysis thinking and customer service experience. Digital marketing experience is desired but not a must. The ideal candidate has independence focuses on quality and is eager to grow. Responsible for campaign setup, trafficking, and report generation in different ad servers. Should provide exceptional service to the clients. Responsibilities Work directly with our agencies to implement and execute Digital Advertising campaigns and activate the audience strategy. Then monitor, pull reports, and ensure that campaigns are executing according to the client’s needs and guidelines, extract insights from audience data gathered from the different DMP/CDP and DSP platforms and effectively communicate to strategy and planning teams in relation to their goals and objectives. Share results from audience analytics reports with teams when available. Proactively identify campaigns behavior, reporting, and processes, callouts proactively when issues are found. Effectively communicate with the team. Fit with team’s organization chart to escalate and promptly communicate needs and ideas. One should act as a strategic partner within account teams, providing consultation to clients on the correct setup of campaigns. Monitor campaign delivery by post live QA check to ensure campaigns are running as expected and targeting objectives are met. This includes checking daily reports in CM360 & Sizmek. Provide troubleshooting support for trafficking issues related to the Creative, HTML tags, publisher implementation, and escalating to third party vendors when necessary. Responsible for trafficking the campaigns in ad serving platforms. Qualifications MANDATORY QUALIFICATIONS: 6 months - 1 year in roles related to Digital Marketing Bachelor’s Degree in Media/advertising or communication, Business, engineering, Commerce, Arts or any relevant field. Communication skills. English level B2+ or above. Experience in data management and reporting (must). Microsoft Excel: Intermediate (must). Proactive and purposeful person. Strong analytical and numerical skills. Demonstrable ability to recognize and resolve problems quickly and efficiently NICE TO HAVE: Basic knowledge of Taxonomy, Event Tagging, Floodlight Creation, Audience. Experience with Ad serving tools such as (Google Campaign Manager, Innovid, and Flashtalking) Experience managing Reporting tools (Datorama, Data Studio, Tableau, Power Bi.
