This role requires a strategic mindset, strong operational discipline, and the ability to turn data into actionable insights that fuel business growth. The Supervisor is expected to maintain a deep understanding of the client’s business and media landscape, and to partner closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to deliver excellence in every campaign. The ideal candidate brings over 5 years of experience in media planning and buying, with a strong analytical background and expertise in social media platforms. Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish is essential, given the regional and client-facing nature of the role. **Responsibilities** + Lead cross-channel media planning and buying efforts, with a strong emphasis on digital media. + Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, building collaborative relationships and providing strategic media guidance. + Oversee day-to-day campaign execution, ensuring timelines, budgets, and deliverables are met with excellence. + Collaborate with internal and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on strategy, messaging, and performance KPIs. + Translate strategic briefs into actionable media plans, optimizing for both effectiveness and efficiency. + Supervise junior team members, providing direction, mentorship, and quality control across deliverables. + Monitor campaign performance, proactively identifying optimization opportunities and leading data-driven recommendations. + Maintain strong vendor relationships and lead media negotiations when required. + Represent the agency in client meetings, confidently presenting strategies and results. + Ensure flawless coordination between offline and online media activations when applicable. **Qualifications** + 5+ years of progressive experience in media planning, buying, and team management. + Proven ability to lead integrated media strategies with a digital-first mindset. + Strong analytical skills with the ability to extract insights from data and convert them into business recommendations. + Deep understanding of social media platforms and digital ecosystems. + Excellent organizational and time management skills, capable of handling multiple workstreams simultaneously. + Ability to simplify complex concepts and communicate clearly to clients and internal teams. + Strong leadership, mentoring, and team-building skills. + Experience managing vendor relationships and media negotiations. + Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (MBA is a plus). + Fluent in English and Spanish (spoken and written). **Additional information** Our Publicis Groupe motto “Viva La Différence” means we’re better together, and we believe that our differences make us stronger.
