Overview As a Search Supervisor, you work as a part of the Search team within the Consumer Communications department in developing and implementing Search Marketing campaigns to deliver against key performance indicators for a highly respected automotive client, Toyota. Success for this position is measured by the following: Translates vision into strategy – able to apply creative thinking beyond the scope of media solutions. Translates expectations into deliverables – strong comprehension and application of marketing objectives and solutions. Demonstrate both the art and science of working with Search Marketing. An ability to work and collaborate with others. The willingness and ability to innovate in the Search Engine Marketing (SEM) space. Responsibilities Roles and Responsibilities include: Contributes to strategy ideation and is accountable for the execution of strategy and achievement of KPIs and client goals and motivations. Consistent sharing of updates including review of industry updates & team wins, understand impact to strategy. Constantly and proactively challenge the status-quo by consistently seeking ways to push client and performance growth and help the team to do the same. Proactively identifies new opportunities & ideas to help build annual plans and strategic roadmaps. Demonstrates ability to be flexible, and work across multiple projects, clients, and levels. Search Marketing plan development and execution management. Write, analyze and present search media POVs and plans. Develop search strategies and foster innovative tactics. Implement and follow media process and agency process. Maintain and develop relationships within the agency, and with vendors and partner agencies. Analyze analytics and optimize search plans. Qualifications Candidate experience should include: College Degree Minimum 5-6 years of dedicated Paid Search planning experience – and within a supervisory capacity for at least 1-2 years. Ability to apply critical thinking and analysis in business writing. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Working knowledge of search related media tools (ex. Doubleclick Search, SA360, SEM Rush, etc.). Proficient in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Experience with reporting within the DoubleClick suite or comparable service. Demonstrate resourcefulness, creative use of resources to proactively solve problems and get the job done. Ability to deal with ambiguity and changes in direction. Demonstrate strong degree of accuracy and attention to detail. Believe in leading by example, finding solutions and striving for excellence. Good use of judgment when making decisions and performing tasks. Excellent organization and time management; ability to prioritize workload and multi-task. Automotive experience is desirable. Experience with GA4 a strong plus. Proficient in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met.
