The NA Marketing team is responsible for driving the Lenovo brand forward by increasing our market share in both premium laptops and gaming laptops. To support this business objective, the NA Media Org is seeking a Sr Media Specialist to facilitate smart and effective media plans to support Lenovo’s North America Consumer business.
We’re looking for a results-driven Sr Media Specialist to organize the strategy and delivery of paid media campaigns. This individual will play a key role in driving customer acquisition, brand awareness, and revenue through paid media strategies that are performance-focused and data-driven.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute media plans across various channels (digital, social, video, programmatic, OOH, print, etc.) to drive brand awareness, engagement, customer acquisition, and revenue for Lenovo’s North America Consumer business. Work closely with internal stakeholders and media partners to translate business objectives and product strategy into campaign briefs that deliver effective media plans. Utilize marketing and business data to inform media recommendations. Maintain relationships with brand, product marketing, and other cross-functional partners to ensure alignment across programs. Manage budget operations of North America Consumer media, including alliance partner funds and providing proof of performance. Support the implementation of cross-functional marketing processes and tools to ensure seamless integration across campaign planning, creative execution, and media deployment. Oversee measurement and reporting of media campaign effectiveness, including the identification of KPIs, collection and analysis of results, and development of actionable insights. Contribute to the development and deployment of best practices in media strategy and operations, in coordination with the in-house media team, and across the broader marketing organization.Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or related field. 3 plus years experience in media planning, media buying, or media strategy, preferably in the technology vertical. Preferred Qualifications:Demonstrated ability to manage multiple complex projects and contribute to cross-functional program execution. Strong understanding of funnel-based marketing, attribution, and analytics Excels at managing multiple initiatives simultaneously within tight deadlines Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills Experience working within a very large, fast-moving organization with many internal and external stakeholders is a bonusSkills:
Strong verbal/written communication and presentation skills Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage budgets, resources, and timelines effectively Strong at building and maintaining positive business relationships Exceptional analytical, problem solving, critical thinking and data visualization skillsThe base salary budgeted range for this position is $85k-110K. Individuals may also be considered for bonus and/or commission.
