POSITION OVERVIEW:
As a Media Producer you will be responsible for the development and creation of internal-facing video content, while owning all phases of production. An average day will look like meeting with stakeholders, creating and managing video projects through the whole process from development and scripting all the way to launch.
ESSENTIAL JOB SKILLS/DUTIES:
Ability to own all phases of production including development, pre-production, production, post-production, and animation.
Demonstrates field production skills, including using camera, audio, and lighting gear.
Maintains equipment and resources, including cameras and associated production gear.
Follows through on projects, ensuring on-time delivery of content as defined by the client.
Communicates variances between project requests and actual bandwidth to support on-time delivery and superb client relationships.
Remains on-trend with styles while pushing innovative ways to produce content.
Assists manager as needed.
Adheres to internal standards, policies, and procedures.
Performs other duties as assigned.
SKILLS:
Technical skills:
Knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud products, specifically Premier Pro and After Effects.
Proficient in Microsoft products, specifically Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Manage project hours and timelines using Asana or other project management tools.
Conduct evaluations and self-assessments to ensure continuous improvement.
Review project metrics and maintain target results.
Comfortable using a Mac.
Strong organizational skills.
Project management skills.
Professional video and media knowledge/experience.

Preferred Education and Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Film Production or Communications
Knowledge of video, animation and photography is a plus, but not required to have experience in all three.
