Job Description A champion of data-driven marketing and drives the development of effective media strategies across her/his business squad.DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Lead and manage multi-brand initiatives (i.e. SOV monitoring and tracking, territory strategy)
Lead and manage innovation and test & learn projects. Consolidate and re-apply learnings across brands.
Converts the Marketing Brief into a Media Brief to streamline and guide agencies to develop business-building media strategies based on brand objectives.
Co-develop with the media agencies data-driven media planning strategies and media plan for his/her brand.
Collaborate with Comm Strat, Creatives, Analytics, and other teams to oversee the deployment and activation of an integrated marketing campaigns.
Manage overall campaign implementation to ensure timely launch, proper execution and tracking.
Lead campaign measurement and reporting by defining media success KPIs aligned with campaign objectives and evaluating campaign performance together with media agencies to deliver actionable insights.
Monitor campaign trackers to ensure accuracy and timeliness of data update.
Provide leadership and mentorship to junior media staff, overseeing their work and providing guidance and support as needed
