WHAT YOU’LL DO 

As Media Planner, you’ll play a key role in connecting with our customers through smart, data-driven media strategies.  

You’ll plan and run advertising campaigns that truly reflect our brand and regional and market goals, choosing the right platforms and messages to reach the right people within a given media budget 

You’ll work with both global and local teams to bring campaigns to life, keeping a strong focus on performance—from awareness to conversion.  

Using your analytical mindset, you’ll interpret campaign results, optimize in real time, and make sure our media investments bring value both to our customers and to the brand and business goals 

You’ll also use customer insights and performance data to drive growth, reach new audiences, and support brand development. 

You’ll be responsible on setting campaign goals and follow up on them 

WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH​ 

You’ll be part of a collaborative and cross-functional environment, working closely with: 

The regional strategy & planning team, aligning your plans with the bigger picture. 

Our global and regional media teams as well as regional media agency, making sure campaigns run smoothly and effectively. 

Cross-functional partners across marketing and beyond, ensuring your work fits into the wider customer experience. 

This is a role where teamwork and communication are key—you’ll help connect the dots between different teams and ideas. 

WHO YOU ARE​ 

We’re looking for someone with a strong mix of strategy, agility, and data skills. Ideally, you have: 

A background in marketing, communications, business—or at least 5 years of hands-on experience in media planing with a digital focus. 

A deep understanding of digital channels, media agencies, and your local media landscape. 

Proven experience working with large media budgets and how to drive media optimization and efficiency, familiar with working around MMM insights and Media ROI 

Strong analytical skills—you know how to read data, spot trends, and turn insights into action 

Ability to connect the Media results with Business KPIs 

You thrive in a fast-moving environment, enjoy testing new approaches, and are always looking for ways to improve. You’re structured, detail-oriented, and great at balancing multiple tasks. And most importantly, you bring a collaborative mindset and a genuine passion for reaching and engaging customers in meaningful ways.
