You will work closely with team members, clients, account managers, and the creative team to craft strategic media plans that align with client goals and enhance campaign performance. This role requires a solid understanding of traditional media, overseeing aspects of media planning, buying, and performance tracking. This is a mid-level role that requires a combination of strategic thinking and the ability to manage multiple campaigns with precision. **Responsibilities** + Assist in developing and implementing strategic offline media plans for clients, ensuring alignment with their goals and target audience. + Support the media planning process, from research and analysis to strategy development and execution. + Collaborate with clients to understand their marketing objectives and contribute to creating tailored offline media solutions. + Oversee media buying across traditional channels such as TV, print, radio, and out-of-home. + Help manage media budgets, ensuring efficient allocation and optimization of resources. + Assist in supervising junior media planners, contributing to their skill development. + Conduct media research to identify industry trends and audience insights. + Analyze campaign performance data and collaborate on recommendations for adjustments to improve ROI. + Prepare reports and presentations for clients on media strategies and campaign results. + Build and maintain relationships with media vendors and partners to help negotiate favorable rates and placements. + Collaborate with creative and account teams to ensure media plans integrate seamlessly with campaign creative and messaging. **Qualifications** + 2+ years of experience in media planning, ideally in an advertising agency or media buying environment. + Strong understanding of traditional media, with knowledge of offline media channels and how to integrate them effectively. + Competence in media planning tools and data analytics. + Experience in supporting media strategy development and budget management. + Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights. + Effective communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey media strategies and results to clients. + Experience in negotiating media placements and working with vendors is a plus. + Ability to collaborate and contribute to a positive and team-oriented work environment. + Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously. + A proactive, results-driven mindset with the ability to think creatively. + Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), and familiarity with media planning software. + Excellent written and spoken English. **Additional information** _Our Publicis Groupe motto “Viva La Différence” means we’re better together, and we believe that our differences make us stronger.
