**Location:** Warsaw, Poland
**The Team**
The **Investment & Accountability (I&A) team** is a key pillar within **Publicis Media Exchange (PMX)** , responsible for ensuring **media productivity commitments** for global clients. The team works across all media channels, including TV, digital, social, print, and out-of-home, and collaborates closely with **local Publicis offices worldwide** , client procurement teams, and media auditors. Their role is crucial in **delivering cost efficiencies, quality ad placements, and strong ROI** , which directly impacts both **client relationships and agency revenue** .
**The Role**
As an **Media** **Investment Specialist/Manager** , you’ll play a pivotal role in managing high-impact media productivity programs for key international clients. You’ll oversee **cost efficiency, quality assurance, and ROI optimization** across all **media channels—TV, Radio, Digital, Social, OOH, Print** , and more. You’ll also contribute to new business by shaping competitive commercial strategies and pricing models. The scope of the work is global, which means that the central I&A team is working with all of the Publicis offices across the world on a daily basis and coordinates the workload across the markets.
**Responsibilities**
**Accountability & Performance Management**
+ Oversee media accountability programs for key international clients
+ Ensure accuracy and efficiency in reporting, audits, and media performance analysis
+ Develop, review, and optimize reporting templates and processes
**Client & Stakeholder Engagement**
+ Build strong relationships with clients, media auditors, and Publicis teams across global markets
+ Manage communications to drive best practices and deliver results across regions
+ Prepare and present buying results, translating complex data into actionable insights
**Team Leadership & Development**
+ Manage and mentor a (Senior) Executive, fostering their growth and performance
+ Effectively manage workflows, ensuring alignment with senior leadership and wider teams
**Business Growth & Strategic Support**
+ Contribute to new business pitches, pricing strategies, and commercial offers
+ Support global trading negotiations and strategic media investment initiatives
+ Lead projects focused on process efficiencies and tool development
**Qualifications**
+ E **xperience** in one of the following: **Media Agency Buying** or **Investment department,** **Media Auditor, Media Owner sales department**
+ Strong **understanding of media trading metrics** and audit methodologies
+ **Leadership experience** , with a passion for mentoring and team development
+ Proficiency in **Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint** for reporting and presentations
+ Strong **analytical skills** with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
+ Excellent **project management and stakeholder coordination** abilities
+ **Proficient in English (written and verbal)**
Desirable:
+ Experience working internationally or with global teams
+ Experience managing junior staff
