**Overview**
Como Media Investment Specialist serás responsable de desarrollar e implementar estrategias de inversión en medios que optimicen el retorno de inversión (ROI) en campañas publicitarias. Este profesional evaluará oportunidades de medios y colaborará con equipos multidisciplinarios para asegurar que las inversiones en medios se alineen con los objetivos de negocio de Publicis Groupe.
**Responsibilities**
Desarrollar estrategias de inversión en medios que maximicen el impacto de las campañas publicitarias, tanto digitales como offline.
Analizar tendencias del mercado y del consumidor para identificar oportunidades de inversión.
Evaluar el rendimiento de las campañas de medios utilizando métricas clave de rendimiento (KPIs).
Realizar análisis de mercado y audiencia para informar las decisiones de inversión.
Trabajar en estrecha colaboración con el equipo de negociación para proporcionar datos y análisis que respalden la toma de decisiones.
Monitorear de forma regular el rendimiento de las campañas y recomendar ajustes para optimizar los resultados.
**Qualifications**
Título universitario en Marketing, Publicidad, Comunicación o campo relacionado.
Mínimo de 3-5 años de experiencia en gestión de inversiones en medios o áreas relacionadas.
Experiencia en auditoría de medios o equipos de planificación de medios también será valorada positivamente.
Experiencia demostrable en análisis y evaluación de campañas de medios y colaborando con equipos de negociación y planificación de medios.
Familiaridad con las tendencias actuales en medios digitales y tradicionales. El conocimiento en medios offline será especialmente valorado.
Nivel avanzado de inglés (B2 o superior), ya que puede haber interlocución con equipos internacionales.
Fuertes habilidades de comunicación y presentación de datos.
Capacidad para trabajar de manera autónoma y en equipo.
Enfoque analítico y orientación a resultados.
