E = ENTREPRENEURIAL Build something new. Shoot for the moon. **Overview** **Overview** The Media Coordinator supports the Media Planning team in developing media plans for local markets. This entry-level role provides exposure to a wide range of media channels including Local Digital (including Display, Social, Audio and Video), Spot TV/Cable, Spot Radio, Out-of-Home, and Sponsorship/Event Marketing. The Media Coordinator will gain foundational knowledge of media terminology, planning tools/processes, and marketplace dynamics. This role is designed to build a strong base in agency operations. **Responsibilities** + Assist in the curation of data for market media plans + Assist Media team members with responsibilities for assigned market including but not limited to: + Drafting Goal entries for local buys + Reviewing Spot Buys for accuracy based on guidelines provided + Updating flowcharts and budgets upon request + Performing budget and billing reconciliations + Investigating and resolving financial discrepancies + Maintaining digital buys and compiling metrics reports + Reviewing accuracy of the Master Planning Sheets + Contributing to POV evaluations + Pull media and market research (e.g., Simmons, IMS, comScore, Kantar) + Inspire and encourage CORE behavior **Qualifications** **Experience** + Prior Media Internship experience is a plus + **Education** : A bachelor’s degree + **Skills and Abilities** : Computer literate, with some experience in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint + A solid understanding of basic math, especially algebra, would be ideal + Experience in proper business communication a plus + Self-motivated, enthusiastic, team player that likes working in a large group + **Pace of Work** : Workflow varies by day and by season. Some requests have an extremely pressing turn-around time, while others can be managed more slowly. Financial and planning reports are completed on a monthly basis. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met.
