The Opportunity:

CACI is seeking a dynamic Media Consultation Specialist to serve as the critical front-line interface between our customers and the Media Services Center (MSC) team. As the primary point of contact, you will guide clients through the discovery, design, and delivery of impactful media products—ranging from graphics and video to web and multimedia—while ensuring a strategic alignment with mission objectives.

Your role will require a blend of consultative communication, media awareness, customer advocacy, and cross-functional coordination. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment, demonstrates exceptional customer service instincts, and possesses foundational knowledge in at least one creative media discipline.


Responsibilities:

Serve as the initial point of contact for all incoming customer media requests, ensuring a responsive, professional, and consultative experience.Apply strategic communication and marketing principles to guide customers toward the most effective media products and delivery strategies that align with their objectives.Develop a strong understanding of customer missions, goals, and timelines to recommend tailored creative solutions across multiple media formats.Capture detailed requirements and ensure accurate, timely handoff to Production Managers via the Workamajig production database.Act as the customer advocate—providing ongoing support, managing expectations, and tracking progress throughout the production lifecycle.Monitor and assess customer satisfaction, participating in feedback analysis and process improvements to enhance future service delivery.Support quality assurance reviews to ensure all media products meet the highest standards of visual and technical excellence.Collaborate with cross-functional creative teams in graphics, video, photography, web, and multimedia, maintaining a clear understanding of each capability.Identify opportunities to anticipate client needs, propose new creative concepts, and strengthen long-term customer relationships.Manage multiple concurrent projects, balancing priorities, deadlines, and resource constraints with precision and professionalism.

Qualifications:

Required: 

Minimum of five (5) years of relevant experience in customer service management or consultation, preferably in a media, communications, or production environmentActive TS/SCI clearance with CI PolygraphDemonstrated ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and professionally across technical and non-technical audiencesExperience managing customer relationships in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environmentStrong organizational, multitasking, and documentation skills

Desired:

Associate’s degree or higher in marketing, business, graphic design, video production, multimedia, journalism, or related fieldFive years of relevant project management experienceProficiency in SharePoint 2010/2013 and Microsoft Office SuiteWorking knowledge of Workamajig or similar creative workflow/project management platforms

Pay Range: There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications. The proposed salary range for this position is:

$70,800 - $148,600
