What you'll do
+ Campaign Planning & Strategy
+ Develop media plans tailored to business goals, target audiences, and funnel stages.
+ Identify the right platforms and placements (e.g. content recommendations, in-feed native ads) based on campaign objectives.
+ Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align campaigns with marketing goals (e.g. lead generation, conversions, engagement).
+ Campaign Setup & Execution
+ Set up native and programmatic campaigns on Taboola, Outbrain, StackAdapt and others.
+ Configure all campaign elements including targeting, creatives, tracking, budgets, and bidding strategies.
+ Ensure proper UTM tracking and conversion pixel implementation.
+ Budget & Bid Management
+ Allocate daily, weekly, and monthly budgets across platforms and campaigns.
+ Optimise bidding strategies (CPC, CPM, CPA) to achieve cost-efficiency and scale.
+ Monitor pacing to ensure full budget delivery while maintaining performance goals.
+ Ad Creative Coordination
+ Brief and collaborate with design and content teams to develop compelling headlines, visuals, and landing pages.
+ Tailor creatives to each platform's guidelines and audience expectations.
+ Test different ad formats (e.g. video, carousel, single image) when applicable.
+ Campaign Optimisation
+ Continuously monitor performance metrics (CTR, CPC, CVR, CPA, ROAS).
+ Conduct A/B tests on creatives, landing pages, audience segments, and bid strategies.
+ Make data-driven adjustments to improve campaign efficiency and performance.
+ Audience Targeting & Segmentation
+ Set up and refine targeting based on interest, behaviour, location, and custom audiences.
+ Leverage retargeting and lookalike audiences where applicable.
+ Use first- and third-party data to refine audience segmentation.
+ Performance Analysis & Reporting
+ Track and analyse campaign data using platform dashboards and analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics).
+ Generate regular performance reports with key insights and optimisation suggestions.
+ Present results clearly to internal teams or clients, with an emphasis on ROI and key outcomes.
+ Platform Expertise & Innovation
+ Stay up to date on new features, targeting capabilities, and ad formats on Taboola, Outbrain, and StackAdapt and other advertising platforms.
+ Test new tools, placements, or beta features to maintain a competitive edge.
+ Provide recommendations on how to improve media buying efficiency and effectiveness.
+ Collaboration & Communication
+ Work cross-functionally with content, design, IT, and product teams.
+ Clearly communicate campaign needs, expectations, and performance insights.
+ Align with stakeholders on goals, timelines, and deliverables.
What you'll need
+ Proven hands-on experience with Taboola, Outbrain, StackAdapt, or similar advertising platforms.
+ Strong understanding of native advertising, content discovery, and programmatic media buying.
+ Solid analytical skills and experience with performance metrics and optimisation tactics.
+ Familiarity with tracking tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Pixel implementation, UTM parameters).
+ Excellent time management and multitasking abilities.
+ Experience with creative briefing and collaboration with design/content teams.
+ Strong written and verbal communication skills.
+ Languages: Fluent English required; additional proficiency in Russian, Spanish, French, or German is a plus.
+ Bonus: Experience with other DSPs (e.g. The Trade Desk, DV360) or paid social platforms.
Good to have
+ Experience working in B2B or lead generation funnels.
+ Knowledge of conversion tracking tools or attribution models.
+ Understanding of compliance requirements for financial/regulated industries (if applicable).
