Role Overview

We’re hiring a Full-Time Media Buyer (English & Spanish) to support their team’s paid acquisition efforts across affiliate funnels. The role requires deep expertise in affiliate marketing, specifically for the finance and insurance verticals. The ideal candidate is a performance-driven growth marketer with extensive experience in media buying, funnel optimization, and cross-platform marketing strategies for international audiences.

Key Responsibilities

Paid Media Strategy & Execution

Strategize, execute, and scale paid media campaigns (Facebook, YouTube, Google Ads) across affiliate funnels for finance and insurance verticals.

Monitor key performance metrics: CTR, CVR, CPA, ROAS and campaign performance by cohort.

Manage A/B testing for copy, creatives, landing pages, and targeting frameworks.

Collaborate with the internal team to brief and test new creative angles.

Optimization & Reporting

Proactively identify and optimize underperforming campaigns, adjust funnels, and traffic sources to improve performance.

Report campaign performance weekly, flagging risks, opportunities, and areas for optimization.

Manage tracking infrastructure, attribution tools, and UTM frameworks to ensure accurate reporting and analysis.

Knowledge Sharing & Creative Development

Document campaign findings and test results to support internal knowledge sharing.

Occasionally translate or QA Spanish-language creative copy and landing pages (LPs).

Build new campaigns with scaling targets in mind (horizontal & vertical scaling).
