**Overview**
The Media Operations Supervisor/Media Account Supervisor oversees the daily trafficking work managed by Media Operations Associates and Coordinators and understands both the end-to-end processes and nuances pertaining to onsite products. The Supervisor works closely with the client and internal teams to ensure processes run smoothly and serves as an expert in ad serving technology and organization.
+ Establishes, maintains, and evolves standard operating procedures related to Media Operations in order to meet current & future needs off the client's Advertising business
+ Represents the Media Operations team for all training and teach out needs/requests
+ Leads MO introductions for new client team members including initial onboarding and subsequent MO process deep dives as requested
+ Serves as final point of escalation when additional MO insight is required
+ Delegates tasks/projects to MO team members and monitors progress/completion
+ Provides integration support in partnership with client
+ Lays groundwork and drives optimization strategy in partnership with client and Media Activation teams
+ Regularly evaluates and updates optimization documentation and workflow
+ Manages programs to monitor and address ARR in daily campaign work, including reports and dashboards in partnership with analytics teams
+ Maintains team organization and division of work for MO team, reevaluating structure based on business needs
+ Maintains org charts and other documentation where org is depicted
Ideal Candidate should have:
+ Knowledge of retail media networks; hands on experience within an RMN preferred
+ Demonstrated success translating complex technical concepts into layman’s terms and tailoring approaches to both technical and non-technical teams
+ Exceptional communication skills and is comfortable leading and supporting in person and virtual presentations to cross functional teams
**Qualifications**
+ Must have 1-2 years of experience working within Google Ad Manager with an emphasis on trafficking and campaign management
+ Proficient in Microsoft Excel and project management tools (e.g., Smartsheet).
+ 5-7 years of overall media or digital marketing experience; minimum of 3 years online media
+ Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) from a four-year, accredited college or university

Compensation Range: $35.53 - $51.09 hourly. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
